Nexus Housing has a high standard of housing vacancies all over Birmingham.
We look to different agencies to refer individuals in need of accommodation and we have a simple process in order to allow this to occur. See our criteria below and contact us if you or someone you know is in need of supported accommodation.

Meet a Low – Medium Risk Criteria
We accept self-referrals and agency referrals. When being referred by agencies, a referral form will need to be completed beforehand. Self-referrals will complete a referral form with a support worker either at the office or the property.
THE PROCESS
Fill in Referral form (Find Below) and send to INFO@NEXUSHOUSING.COM
Receive a Response from Nexus Housing
If accepted confirm details as to when referral can come to Nexus Housing office address for a face to face risk assessment
On arrival at our office a 20 minute assessment is conducted with the referred individual
Referral is taken to the best suited property to be housed by a member of support staff with a licence agreement and keys being handed to them instantly
Feedback is given to the referring agency to confirm the address that the referral has been housed
The individual is allocated a support worker who supports them in their needs and guides the individual into independent living
